You are encouraged to use these links to help you understand and take

Documentation
It is not possible to create Help topics and training that are suitable for
all audiences. We must make some compromises in our assumptions of
technical ability. This website uses standard user interface methods.
If you are unfamiliar with using your computer or a web browser you need to
consult the training material that came with your computer.
